Shipping & Delivery
- At Real Recognizes Real.com try to process and ship all order within 24 hours of being submitted.
- If an item is out of stock there are three options:
- -Wait on the item to be re-stocked and send the whole order.
- -Choose another item of the same price.
- -Sent the order out regardless, and get a refund, or get the out-of-stock item sent to you as soon as it gets back in stock.
- All orders are sent out through the Dutch Postal Service: TNT Post.
- The amount you pay for shipping is defined by the total weight of the items you ordered + about € 0.50 handling fee.

- Estimated delivery times:
- 2-3 Business days (Within the Netherlands)
- 3-4 Business days (Within Europe, using Priority Shipping)
- International shipping: delivery times varie.
- If for whatever reason your order needs extra shipping charges or delivery time you will be sent an email regarding this matter.
